Never before has such a race bred off road buggy been available in a Ready-To-Run package. Despite the RTR tag, this 1/8th off road buggy comes with a very high specification that allows the user to potentially compete at the highest level, or just have fun in the park.
The durability and tun-ability of the Hyper 8 sets it aside from other, cheaper RTR models that may look appealing but ultimately lack the quality to handle the demands that are put on a 1/8th off road buggy. The growing experience and knowledge we have gained at the very highest level, subsequently means that our designers and R&D department can pass this onto the RTR program, resulting in an RTR in all but name, but a race car in every other sense.
The chassis and suspension design is carried on from the Pro with just changes in more affordable materials resulting in a very attractive end retail price. The Hyper 8 RTR still has all the tun-ability of the Pro and can be easily upgraded with HoBao's range of after-market parts.

Pre-Painted Bodyshell
The Hyper 8 RTR comes standard with one of our custom pre-painted bodyshells for the ultimate in 'cool'. Already trimmed and decaled this bodyshell is as good as having a professional spray one done for you.
Engine and Pipe
The Hyper 8 RTR comes standard with our MacStar 28 pull start engine and polished pipe and manifold for unrivaled power and performance.
Radio Installed
Pre-assembled, all Hyper 8 RTR buggies come with factory installed radio with linkages already fitted speeding up time it takes for you to be out enjoying your buggy.
Suspension
Front and rear Anti-roll bars, steering turnbuckles and polished aluminum towers and radio tray all feature on the Hyper 8 RTR.
